Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the email address Apple shares with us (which may be an Apple-anonymized relay address at your option).
User-submitted content
If you submit a location card, we collect the photo you upload, the written hint, the answer text, and the park or location you associate with it. This content is stored and may be reviewed before being added to the shared card deck.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location data, device identifiers, or any payment information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Account and submission data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers in the United States. Supabase’s privacy practices are described at supabase.com/privacy.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email anthony.woodard91@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will process your request within 30 days.
Park Spotter is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Park Spotter does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
